The hotel was very clean, good size room, comfortable beds and good balcony. Pool area was rather small and sunbeds very close to each other, also pool had no shallow end. Food was very good, lots of choice, nicely presented Drinks were OK, but quite poor quality compared to other places we have been to with all inclusive. Dolores was the best member of staff in hotel, always smiling. My main complaint was that large groups of guys being allowed, who were noisy disruptive and foul language. Nothing was done a out it. Not a relaxing time that we expected. Unfortunately will not return

Hotel was OK for the price, so I guess you get what you pay for. It is stated as 4* All Inclusive but I would say it is a 3* at most. The AI element was a disappointment - you couldn't get a coffee from behind the bar unless you paid for it, you had to use the machines that produced horrible coffee. You also couldn't get bottled water but I think that is common now. You could fill up your own water bottles at the machines provided so that was not really a problem. In the room there were no extras provided, not even a shower cap. Even when I asked for one at reception they didn't have any. The safe was quite expensive, costing E38 for the week. The shower was leaking and when we reported it they "fixed" it the next day except they didn't actually fix it. They ran some silicon around the floor but the leak was actually coming from the shower tray. The bathroom was very small with hardly any place to put anything. There was a small towel rail in the shower unit with two towels, one on top of the other. When we had used a towel each we put one back on the towel rail and one on the towel ring on the wall. However, each day the maid would fold them both up and place them back on the small towel rail in the shower, therefore leaving us not knowing whose was whose towel, which isn't very hygienic. The entertainment was also very basic with Bingo starting at 9.30 till 10.00 followed by an hour of various entertainers. The first two nights we didn't have bingo as there were not enough folk to play, not that this was a problem for us as we don't bother playing it anyway. I will say however, that it was very clean, with the reception especially being very shiny! So, all in all, if you compare it to other 4* AI hotels it is very lacking but as I said, you get what you pay for I suppose.

Firstly the hotel is spotless and really clean rooms. We arrived just after midnight and the guy on reception was brilliant, called down to the the bar area and sent us down for a bite to eat, there was sandwiches and fruit, really good touch. What lets the hotel down for me was the choice of food at dinner, Chicken or Pork or Pasta, 3 kinds of Pasta every night. Chicken was often cold. The daytime all inclusive snacks were better than the food at night. I heard a few people saying they were going to a fast food burger place McD's as that would be better, that is a shame. Main for salad one night was, Pineapple gazpacho or Melon gazpacho, in other words shaved melon and pineapple, no cold meats on offer. Seems like the choice of food is down to saving money. Was stopped one night walking out the restaurant with a glass half full of wine by Mohammad, with a No No and handed paper cups, seriously, no glass into the actual bar area? If I bought a wine at the terrace area, then I would have been given a glass, all inclusive and having to use plastic cups at night. Delores gets a mention as she was so friendly and nice with a smile everyday.
