Mirada Exclusive Bodrum

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Just got back from an incredible week at this resort with my parents and girlfriend in May, and I had to write a review because wow - this place really blew us away! I was a bit nervous before we went because my dad has mobility issues, but honestly I shouldn't have worried at all. The whole property is super accessible, and more than that, the staff were absolutely amazing with helping him out. They went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure he was comfortable, and it really meant the world to us. But honestly, the staff were incredible with everyone, not just my dad. I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, but I've never experienced hospitality like this. Every single person we met was so genuinely kind and friendly. I have to give a special shoutout to Ali, Burak, Yigit, Tolunay, Bulent, and Nihal - these guys really made our trip special with how welcoming and helpful they were. Everything about this place was just first class. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the whole resort was incredibly clean, the food was fantastic with tons of variety, and don't even get me started on the location - absolutely stunning views everywhere you look. All the amenities were top notch too. One thing I really want to mention is the quality of the drinks. You know how at some all-inclusive places they serve the cheap stuff and water down everything? Not here. The drinks were genuinely high quality throughout our stay - really impressive for an all-inclusive. This resort has honestly set a new standard for us. We're already talking about planning our next trip back because the whole experience was just phenomenal. The combination of the beautiful setting, excellent facilities, and especially that incredible staff made this so much more than just a vacation. If you're thinking about staying here, just do it. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or whatever - this place delivers on every level. Can't recommend it highly enough!

We spent 10 wonderful days at Hotel Mirada. First, I would ike to highlight all the positive aspects: the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and it’s definitely worth booking a sea view room. We stayed on the second floor, and our housekeepers did an outstanding job every day – a big thank you to them. The staff is kind and helpful. The sea is beautifully colored and clean, the beach is well-maintained, the cocktails are excellent, and I highly recommend the pistachio ice cream. The buffet food is also good, and the view from the terrace is phenomenal. We also dined at the Greek à la carte restaurant, which had an amazing atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Negative: I understand it was raining, so the bar couldn't be open, but they held a party in the hall on the second floor, right where our room was, and it was impossible to fall asleep—especially since we went to bed early because we had to get up at 2 a.m. This was a major oversight; the hotel needs to find a different solution for such situations, considering guests like us who came to rest, not to party.

Mirada was Awesome!! Had such an Amazing experience the staff was friendly, and very accommodating! The best customer service!! Everything was absolutely beautiful including the weather. The food was phenomenal!! Highly recommended!!!!
